How long does shipping regularly take?
Shipping is normally 2-5 days within the continental US. It solely depends on the location of the “ship to” address. We are located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, east coast USA.
If you need something sooner, just let us know by calling Internet Sales/Phone Orders at (888) 301-3942 and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Are your shoes brand new and authentic?
Yes we only sell brand new, authentic shoes which we purchase direct from the shoe manufacturers and ship direct from our warehouse.
Can we ship to an APO?
Yes we will gladly ship to an APO and there is no extra charge. We are grateful to all of our servicemen and women.
Do you offer more styles of the brands that are shown on our site?
Yes we do offer many other styles of the brands we carry, plus we carry many more brands than we showcase on our website. Please call us at (888) 301-3942 with any questions.

What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?
If you order an item that is currently out of stock and we are unable to locate for you, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will void the order and you will receive the entire amount back to you. We will also send a notice to the email address you provided when you placed the order along with a special present for the trouble.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, every order is provided with a UPS or USPS tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
We are unable to ship to other countries. If an order is placed with any mail/freight-forwarding company, then your order will be voided and we will email you letting you know that it has been cancelled.

What are your shipping rates?
The cost for shipping & handling will be a flat rate of $8.00 for orders under $99.99
If you spend an amount of $99.99 or higher, then we will pay the shipping & handling for you.
