Exchanges

Exchanging items must be unworn and in original box with all tags, labels, and inserts. The box must ship in another box or wrapped in paper to prevent damage to the vendor shoe box (a $10 fee will be charged if vendor box is used as a shipping box). Include order number and exchange information.

We will be happy to assist you with one exchange per purchase at no additional cost.  Just ship the item back to us and we will ship you out another pair.

Online Refunds

No refunds after 30 days for online purchases, exchange or store credit only. Shipping charges (if any) are nonrefundable.

Returning item must be unworn and in original box with all tags, labels, and inserts. Include order number and reason for return. There is a 10% restock fee for return (deducted from purchase price). Include order number and reason for return.

In-Store Purchased Refunds and Exchanges

If you are looking to refund or exchange purchases made in the store, all items must be unworn. For a refund, you will have TEN (10) days from the date of purchase to mail your item back. For an exchange or gift card, you will have THIRTY (30) days to return your purchase.  All Clearance/Sale merchandise purchased in stores can be exchanged or credited onto a store gift card only.
