Mailing back In-Store Purchases – Refunds and Exchanges
If you are looking to refund or exchange purchases made in the store, all items must be unworn. For a refund, you will have TEN (10) days from the date of purchase to mail your item back. For an exchange or gift card, you will have THIRTY (30) days to return your purchase. All Sale or Clearance merchandise purchased in stores can be exchanged or credited onto a store gift card only.
If you do not live near a store you may mail us your item back for a refund or exchange within the timeframes mentioned above. These can be shipped to the address below. The returned item must be unworn and in the original box with all tags, labels, and inserts. The box must ship in another box or wrapped in paper to prevent damage to the vendor shoe box (a $10 fee will be charged if the vendor box is used as a shipping box).

You have 30 days for online purchases to send back in for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges (if any) are nonrefundable.
The returning item must be unworn and in the original box with all tags, labels, and inserts. The box must ship in another box or wrapped in paper to prevent damage to the vendor shoe box (a $10 fee will be charged if the vendor box is used as a shipping box). Include the original order number and reason for return. There is a 10% restocking fee for returns (deducted from the purchase price).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus the cost of Shipping & Handling for the returned pair.
